  Rose Eileen Brewer, 69, of San Diego died Thursday. She was born in Oregon. Mrs. Brewer was a restaurant owner and chef. Survivors include her daughters, Linda Brewer of Ridgecrest, Kathy Partain, Barbara Wright and Erma Collins of San Diego; son, David Brewer of Huntsville, Ala.; sister, Mary Weingand of Clearlake; 14 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Services: 1 p.m. tomorrow, the Church of Latter-day Saints Stake Center, San Diego First Ward, 4195 Camino Del Rio South, San Diego.
